5 of my favorite verses and why!

 1 John 4:8  Anyone who does not love does not know God , because God is love.
       This verse means so much to me . Everytime I read it, I realize more and more how true it is.  Also, when I'm tempted to be rude to someone I try to remember this verse.

 1 Corinthians 13:13 These three remain , faith hope and love, but the greatest of these is love.
       This verse also goes along side the verse above.

  Isaiah 41:10   Fear not for I am with you ; do not be dismayed for I am your God; I will strengthen you I will help you I will uphold you with my right hand.
        Any time I am worried or nervous, I think of this verse. The comfort this verse gives me is immeasurable .

      Proverbs 31:17 She dresses herself in strength and makes her arms strong.
 I absolutely love this verse. Everytime I'm at the gym ready to give up, this verse comes to mind and I repeat it over and over to myself! This verse is even my phone background.😉 ( I also love verse 18 of that chapter)

     
          Romans 5:8 But God  demonstrates his own love for us in this : while we were still sinners Christ died for us . 
        This verse, I'd say, is the most important of the five I have mentioned, because where would we be right now without Christ's love? Without His death on the cross, we would have no worth and would all be in hell.  But He did and does love us so much, He died on that cross to save me and you and anyone who will believe!
