Caligraphy: tips
Hey guys welcome today I will be sharing some tips for caligraph/hand lettering and showing you the anatomy of the letters a through I!!
Tip 1: Go slow! When starting out hand lettering I always went fast while lettering, but when I took my time with each stroke I became alot better.
Tip 2: Lift your brush after most strokes.
Tip 3: The pen that you use does not particularly matter. Now you can't buy a really cruddy pen and get incredible results (that takes practice too) but even thin crayola markers can be good for caligraphy!
Tip 4: Be patient. Hand lettering perfection is not mastered over night!
Thats all I have for today guys. Have fun and soon I will be showing the anatomy of the rest of the letters!
